We acquired the property 2 years ago and before that it was a working horse farm for some time. There are ares of the barn that are in rough shape, but on the whole there is a tremendous amount of wood to be reclaimed and salvaged! Exterior panels are in amazing condition, and there is very minimal damage to wood. The home is over a hundred years old, and barn is likely somewhat close based on our inspection and property history.
