Eary 1800's small homestead

Small once very charming early 1800’s homestead . Two room that previously had a detached kitchen. No original plumbing.Former outhouse was available. Original tin on roof. Sturdy solid rafters and some sturdy hand hewn beams with pegs and holes.
Most of the wood is hard and good. Several people have gotten boards and tin off to make birdhouses, planters, replica renditions etc. Lovingly referred to as “the little red house” as the community reverences it’s life. The roof fell some years ago after straight line winds from a hurricane ripped through the house. But thankfully it fell straight down like a hobbit house.
