In 2025 we will be building this cozy timber frame using reclaimed and new hand hewn timbers. It is 27’ wide x 20’ deep, and includes a 10.5’ x 15.5’ loft. The roof peak is 20’. This frame will be jam packed with large hand hewn beams, with character that will make it a show stopping conversation piece. It will be great for a tiny home, mountain getaway or rustic hunting cabin. The price for this frame is $80,000, and it will be completed in April 2025.
