Newcomer LLC is a specialized builder dedicated to the art of repurposing vintage barn frames. Originally a full-service construction company, our passion for timber frame barns led us to focus exclusively on this craft for the past decade. Our expertise lies in reclaiming and rebuilding these beautiful pieces of American history, transforming them into timeless structures for modern use.
In response to growing demand and our commitment to quality, we recently expanded our shop by an additional 10,000 square feet. This new space allows us to efficiently house our barns and lumber, as well as the essential equipment needed to continue our work with precision and care.
