This early 1800’s corner post cabin is hand hewn oak and measures 26 by 28 ft. The log faces range from 8-13″ with the majority being between 10-13″. It currently stands in Berks County PA and does not need to be dismantled until spring, but can be dismantled sooner. This is a full story 2 story log cabin with an attic. The ceiling height on the first floor is 92″, the height on the second floor is 88″ and the height in the peak of the attic is 102″. The floor joists are 3” by 6″ and the roof rafters are 4 by 4″. There are 5-6 replacements needed. Price includes all log walls, floor joist systems and rafter systems as well as dismantling, tagging and printing. $32K with replacements beams or $30K without.
