The original barn on our property is in need of disassembly and removal.  We would like to keep a small portion of the wood for our own use in a new structure that will be built on the same site as the existing barn.  Willing to negotiate price and/or trade value.  If the buyer has the means, we are also willing to negotiate fees to remove some refuse located near the barn.
